Attendees: James Serafin, Dave Muench, Otto Wieand, Mike Pepe, Judy Eckam, Mark Phillips, John Fitzgerald, Janet Shanahan No Teacher Representative was present; Excused: Sharon Winkler; Unexcused: Elaine Ruszczyk

The meeting began at 7PM with a prayer.

A motion to approve the June 2000 minutes was made by Judy Eckam and seconded by Dave Muench.

Meeting dates were set for the next year as follows: 9/12, 10/3, Monday 11/6, 12/5, 1/9/2001, 2/6, 3/6, 4/3, 5/1, 6/5.

A vote was taken to allow Otto Wieand to serve on the board. Mike Pepe will stay on as a member.

Voting for new members will be conducted next meeting.

In voting for officers for 2000-2001 Otto Wieand was nominated for President, Dave Muench was nominated for Vice President, and Jim Serafin for Secretary. No other nominations were offered. No vote was taken.

James Serafin - Secretary

Otto will speak during Masses and announce the openings for the school board.

No other business was conducted and the meeting closed with a prayer by Mark Phillips.
