Committee Reports:
Development: Judy Eckam reported that the open house was very successful. Many families attended as a result of word-of-mouth. So far 12 students have registered for Kindergarten with 2 more soon. We have a full Pre-K; full Pre-K4 and the afternoon is filling up.
Most people are interested in PM latchkey. Iroquois does not bus anyone to the Elma Boys and Girls Club after school.
Several families signed up to be family buddies.
Tuition: Dave Muench told the board that delinquency notices were sent. Some families have applied for tuition assistance.
Computer: Two computers were purchased for the 7th and 8th grade. Our future needs include switches and hubs.
New program - Title III grant - schools will be able to communicate with the zoo and museums. The grant will provide video conferencing equipment worth approximately $9,000.00. Required is an ISDN line, which has an upfront and monthly fee. More information will be gathered regarding the ISDN line and alternatives.
Budget: The budget is moving along. It has not been determined as to whether tuition will change for next year.

Barb also reported our 8th graders did exceptionally well on their entrance exams with many receiving scholarships.
