A five-year plan will be discussed next meeting.

New Business: The condition of the gym floor was discussed. It will cost approx. $20,000 to replace with a durable rubber floor. The board agreed that first we should look into better gym floor care and maintenance. A non-skid wax was recommended.

Several board members asked that resource guidelines be drawn up to prevent research projects done by the students being open ended or having them hunt down obscure facts. It was brought up that children are spending many hours searching on the Internet for facts that may not be able to be found only to come up empty and not be able to complete their assignment.

Other:

The meeting was adjourned after a prayer by Barb Ryan.
