Correction needs to be made to budget to say that the "school was on budget for 2001-2002 school year" as well as the number of enrolled students in grades K-8th is 143 not 163. Motion was made to accept September’s minutes with corrections. Accepted by Jim Serafin and Bernadette Bookmiller.

It was brought up by Jim Serafin that from a technology stand point he thinks that a Technology committee should stand alone from the Education and or the Buildings and Grounds committees to make sure that the "hardware" provided to the school is kept as close as it can be to cutting edge, i.e. rotating in computers, internet and IBM compatible software. However a motion was made to keep technology under education and buildings and ground. Motion accepted by Robin Bartnik and Jean Sobczak. A vote was taken: 4 yes and 1 no.
All committees are to put together an agenda and forward them to Dave Muench prior to board meetings so that he can put it on the agenda.
All final committee goals will be forwarded to Father Emil and Mary Jane to be reviewed.
The next meeting is November 5th at 6:30pm in Selbert Hall.
Bernadette Bookmiller closed the meeting with a prayer.
