No Teacher Representative was present.

Jim Serafin opened the meeting with a prayer.

Motion was made to approve the August minutes by Robin Bartnik and seconded by Mike Pepe.

Paula Penepent and Mary Beth Morgan were elected to the board by votes of 5-0.

Computer: Nothing to report.

Budget: Nothing to report.

Policy and Planning: Nothing to report.

Mission Statement: Nothing to report

Education: Nothing to report.

Building and Grounds: Nothing to report

Unfinished Business: The solar powered flashing lights are installed and working. They have been programmed for all school events.

Principal Issues: Mary Jane Liszewski announced the spiritual theme for this school year is "We are one body - One body in Christ".

She shared goals for the coming year and the implementation plan.

Mary Jane has updated the computer curriculum.

New Business: A list of items that the school needs is being prepared. The needs will be specified and we may ask for donations.

Other: Father Emil presented the board with last years income statement and budget. Actual expenditures were 23% above the budget.

Bids were received for a new two-way sound system for the school.

Father Emil told the board that the principal should be notified when anyone is using the NYS tax exempt ID# and instruct them on its proper use.

The meeting was adjourned after a prayer by Dave Muench.
