Here we have my daughter, Elizabeth, when she was 18 months old. This portrait was done from a snapshot. I replaced the background with cartoons, each representing a word that she could say at that age. The actual portrait is larger, about 14 inches square. This is mostly watercolor with water-soluble colored pencil for the cartoons. Collection, obviously, of the artist!
